The Coe Law Group, PLLC, is a boutique law firm which emphasizes the following areas of practice: real estate, corporate and business law, contracts, estate planning, probate, employment law, intellectual property and general civil transactions and litigation. Referrals on all legal matters are welcome.

In 1904 Mr. Philip Tworoger began practicing law in Seattle, Washington.  Mr. Albert M. Franco joined his firm in 1939.  After World War II Mr. Franco created a new firm with Benjamin S. Asia, and Edward M. Bensussen. In 1962 that firm became known as Franco Asia Bensussen & Coe, when Harold B. Coe joined the firm.  In 1999, The Coe Law Group, PLLC was formed with Harold B. Coe, John A. Coe and Albert M. Franco as of counsel.  Heidi J. Gassman is our newest addition, becoming an Associate in 2006.  The Coe Law Group, PLLC is located in downtown Seattle in the Plaza 600 Building on the corner Sixth Avenue and Stewart Street .
